Marie Chong has been teaching various movement-related disciplines for over 20 years: Ballet, Pilates, Gyrotonic®, and Gyrokinesis®. Marie was a professional ballet dancer, which fostered a lifelong interest in healthy movement. Her knowledge of the body, kinesthetic movement, and various therapeutic movement modules is an asset that she continues to develop and pass on to her students and clients. She is the Director/Owner of Arc School of Ballet and the Artistic Director of ARC Dance Company in Seattle, WA, USA where she also works with private clients that include musicians, actors, dancers, elite athletes, as well as non-professional movers to design individually-tailored healthy postural and kinesthetic improvements.

 

Valerie Catton is a seasoned movement instructor. Her 20–year teaching background includes swimming, water exercise, Pilates, Gyrotonic®, Gyrokinesis® and Soaring Crane Qigong. Valerie's enthusiasm and patience as an instructor is a credit to her years of teaching. She is the owner of Ossist Movement Studio located in Lake Forest Park.

6 private sessions with instructor $480.00
Must complete a minimum of ONE introductory package prior to scheduling Single/Semi-Independent Class sessions. This is at the discretion of the trainer.
