Instructors
Marie Chong has been teaching for over 20 years. She is certified to teach Pilates, Gyrotonic®, and Gyrokinesis TM. Marie was a professional ballet dancer, which has fostered a lifelong interest in healthy movement. Her knowledge of the body, kinesthetic movement, and various therapeutic movement modules is an asset that she continues to develop and pass on to her students. She is the Director/Owner of Arc School of Ballet and the Artistic Director of ARC Dance Company.
Valerie Catton is a seasoned movement instructor. Her 20–year teaching background includes swimming, water exercise, Pilates, Gyrotonic®, Gyrokinesis TM and Soaring Crane Qigong. Valerie's enthusiasm and patience as an instructor is a credit to her years of teaching. She is the owner of Ossist Movement Studio located in Lake Forest Park.

Must complete a minimum of ONE introductory package prior to scheduling Single/Semi-Independent Class sessions. This is at the discretion of the trainer.
